Our clients are true watch enthusiasts—those who deeply appreciate the art of watchmaking, understand the craftsmanship behind each timepiece, and seek a model that truly resonates with them. They are patient, intentional, and committed to acquiring a watch for themselves or a loved one, valuing the journey as much as the final piece.
On the other hand, our clients are not price-driven buyers, nor are they impatient or pushy. We have spent years refining a meticulous process to ensure that each watch comes from a reputable source and reaches the right hands. To uphold these values, we reserve the discretion to decline requests that do not align with our philosophy of passion, respect, and authenticity in watch collecting.
How can I know if a watch is available?
All the watches listed in our store are available and ready for purchase.
If you're interested in a watch that isn’t listed in our store, feel free to contact us.
We have a strong network of vendors, so we’re often able to source specific models you’re looking for.
Given that the turnover of watches is very intense, and we cooperate with a wide network of suppliers, we advise you to contact us to check the availability of your desired model before confirming your order.
In this way, we will ensure that your expectations are met when purchasing the desired model, especially when it comes to time-sensitive situations such as buying a gift, anniversary or similar occasion.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Just browse our products, select the item(s) you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Follow the instructions to enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order.

What are your shipping options and costs?

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping typically takes up to 10 business days, while stock items are much faster and you can expect up to 5 business days.
If a longer waiting time is required for a particular model due to stock availability, you will be notified.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
Use this number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team, and we will assist in tracking it down.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
We do offer express shipping options, and same-day delivery is available in select locations, and depending of item availability.
The express delivery option is only available for models that are in stock in our store.
For the express delivery option, please contact us before placing your order as this service is calculated and charged differently.
What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Most carriers will leave a notice with pickup instructions or attempt redelivery.
If you miss multiple attempts, the package may be held at a local facility.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Some exclusions may apply.
Watches on special offers, on discounts and EOL models cannot be returned.
Watches that have been physically picked up at our store are not subject to the standard refund policy and cannot be returned for objective reasons.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team on email contact@keeper.watch for assistance.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
You don't have to. All return shipping costs are covered by us.

Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes! All our new watches come with a full manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.
Warranty duration varies by brand and model—please check the product details or contact us for specific information.
All used watches in our catalog also come with a warranty, with a minimum duration of 12 months.
All watches undergo a detailed inspection and/or service if it is a used watch before delivery.
What does new, unworn, or used mean?
New and/or Unworn - A new or unworn watch is a watch that comes in factory condition, has never been worn, and comes with a full manufacturer´s warranty.
Used - A used watch is one that has had a previous owner, has been worn, and may have clear signs of wear. We take special care to ensure that the used watches we sell are in excellent condition, properly maintained, and ready for a new owner.
